While she certainly wouldn't have the same cues as a human vampire, there are probably some differences between her and a non-undead troll, aside from what being general better groomed than the other two in-game would account for. Something like sunlight, perhaps, even if she isn't glowing at the time. In general would you prefer your character to smell like something specific Drew would make note of? There's a very good chance he could smell blood in her purse at pretty much any moment. Are you okay with Drew loudly and obnoxiously identifying your character? Sure! Are you okay with Drew loudly and obnoxiously identifying and talking about / discussing your character's emotional state? She's not going to take it well at all, because she is generally a mess and very much trying to disguise the fact that she's a mess, but yes!
